1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SysClaw website (sysclaw.com), operated by Floyant Technologies Private Limited ("SysClaw", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Distinction Between Website Terms and Product License

Separate Legal Agreements: These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this public marketing website and set out acceptable-use expectations that also apply to the SysClaw application. The licensing, installation, evaluation, and operational use of the SysClaw desktop application — including editions, trial terms, and liability allocation — are governed by the End User Licence Agreement. Where a separately executed agreement exists between your organisation and SysClaw, that agreement prevails to the extent of any conflict.

3. Informational Nature of Website Content & Disclaimers

All content, baseline summaries, architectural diagrams, and sample reports presented on this website are provided for informational and evaluation purposes only.

  • No Certification of Compliance: References to baselines such as the SysClaw M365 Security Baseline or CISA SCuBA do not mean that SysClaw or your organization is certified by CISA or Microsoft. A passing assessment score does not guarantee regulatory or statutory compliance.
  • No Warranty: The website and its materials are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The SysClaw name, logo, lockup, design system, documentation, and website copy are the exclusive intellectual property of SysClaw and its licensors.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Defender are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. All other trademarks, trade names, and logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and comparative reference purposes.

5. Acceptable Use of Web Forms

When using our website forms (such as demo requests or contact forms), you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or deceptive contact information;
  • Submit production credentials, tenant API secrets, tokens, or confidential configuration files;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of our website, CDN, or server endpoints;
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial solicitations, malware, or spam.

6. Acceptable Use of the SysClaw Application

SysClaw is an administration tool for Microsoft 365 environments. When using the application, you agree to:

  • Connect it only to Microsoft 365 tenants that you or your organisation are authorised to administer — never to probe, access, or test tenants belonging to third parties without their authorisation;
  • Supply only credentials and consents you are entitled to grant, and keep the permissions you delegate to the application proportionate to your needs;
  • Review management, remediation, scheduled, and bulk actions before execution — the application performs actions under your credentials and is not a substitute for administrator judgement;
  • Not use the application to violate applicable law, Microsoft's product and API terms, or the rights of any third party;
  • Protect the reports, exports, and local databases the application produces — they contain tenant data and remain under your control and responsibility.

The detailed allocation of responsibility for actions performed under your credentials is set out in the End User Licence Agreement, Section 4.

7. Compliance & Assessment Outputs

Posture scores, baseline comparisons, drift findings, and reports — whether shown on this website or produced by the application — are informational tooling for administrators. They are not legal, regulatory, or audit advice; they do not certify compliance with any law, framework, or contractual obligation; and decisions about interpreting and remediating findings remain yours.

8. Export Control

You may not download, install, or use SysClaw software or website materials in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws, including for the benefit of embargoed countries, regions, or restricted parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SysClaw, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of this website.

10. Governing Law & Contact
