How it works
Pick the band
Total licensed users across every tenant you will connect. The app shows the number on its Licence page; round up to the next band.
Pay by card
Hosted checkout with tax and VAT handled, a proper invoice, and a receipt your finance team will accept. No account to create.
Paste the key
The licence key arrives by email within minutes. Paste it into Settings → Licence. It is verified offline and never phones home.
Keep your trial data
Everything collected during the 30-day trial is already on your disk. The paid features simply stay on.
Buying questions
Can I buy without talking to anyone?
Yes. Pro and Defend are sold by card through a secure hosted checkout, with tax handled. You only need to talk to us for estates over 10,000 users, for a purchase order, or if you want to.
Do you accept purchase orders and invoices?
Yes for any order of $5,000 or more, and for any public-sector or regulated buyer regardless of size. Email [email protected] with the band and tier; we return an invoice the same business day and the key on payment.
Which band am I in?
Count licensed users across every tenant you will connect, not mailboxes and not admins. The application shows this figure on its Licence page. If you cross into the next band later, the app tells you and gives you 30 days to move up; nothing switches off in the meantime.
What if I bought the wrong tier?
Upgrade from Pro to Defend at any time and pay only the difference for the remaining term. Downgrades take effect at renewal.
Is there a refund period?
Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked, as long as the key has not been activated on more than one installation. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy (/legal/refund/) for full terms.
How does renewal work?
Licences are annual and do not auto-renew silently. You get an email 30 days before expiry with a one-click renewal link. If you let it lapse the app drops to Community and keeps your data.
